Ralph Gross Memorial Baseball Camp - Nashville, AR (Scrapper Dome)
The Ralph Gross Memorial Baseball Camp will be held on Saturday, March 5th at the Scrapper Dome in Nashville (AR). The Camp will be held from 9 am - 12 noon for ages 8-15 years of age inside the Scrapper Dome. Participants will get to hear instruction on all phases of the games from hitting, fielding, pitching and running from a instructor/staff that has been involved in professional baseball on all levels. Since 1989, PRO-DAY Baseball has been teaching young players the finer points of the game, have sent hundreds of players into professional baseball, along with hundreds and hundreds of others have went on to receive baseball scholarships to colleges/universities across the country. Players need to register in advance, the camp is "Limited". Proceeds will benefit the Ralph Gross Memorial Scholarship, which is given to a high school senior each year that plans to go off to college to play baseball and continue their education at Nashville High. 888-224-6150

Rutgers 2016 Design Intensive - Civic Square Building
Rutgers 2016 Design Intensive Website: This program seeks to develop the graphic design skills of motivated high school artists. Created and supervised by Mason Gross faculty, the curriculum focuses on core principles of design while introducing relevant software. Participants will become familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign while exploring visual problems and producing work suitable for a college admissions portfolio. The Design Intensive includes studio work, technical demonstrations, group critiques, and a field trip to New York City to visit working design studios. Primary emphasis is placed on building visual awareness, and on making software serve the designers vision. E: Teen Intensive - Art Session - TitO Gate House
For those teens age 14-17 who would like to pursue the visual arts in more depth, we are offering a 2-week workshop that will be lead by local artists who work in a variety of mediums – painting, drawing, sculpting and journaling. This class will be held outdoors and blend exploration of the natural environment with the creative impulse. $475 for a 2-week session, August 8th-19th. 2pm-5:30pm. 978-465-2572

Iron Men Acro & Agility - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
With coaching and equipment resources from the Gymstars Gymnastics, boys will be introduced to the basics of tumbling acrobatics such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, handsprings, jumps and safety falls, in addition to mini trampoline fundamentals. To round out this program the mini-men will also practice strength, flexibility, coordination, and agility challenges in a fun, age appropriate format. Strong, flexible and fit boys will be assets to any future basketball, football, or soccer teams. Begin here…go anywhere! QuadCopter Aerial Robotics – Ages 12-15 - Goleta Presbyterian Church
Price Includes $100 lab fee Campers will explore aerial robotics technology with fun and engaging educational scenarios and challenges. This camp offers aviation flight skills and interactive robotics training, and encourages camper interest in the career fields of Science, Math, and Engineering. Campers will build prototypes with the new technology and run test scenarios for safety, search, and rescue. Multiple teams of four will apply technology and planning to build a quad rotor designed for a specific first responder mission. Missions include: delivering pharmaceuticals to people in a disaster area, maneuvering the copter close to a (mock) hazardous waste container, and searching for a lost hiker.
