Kids In The Arts Summer Camp - Knoxville, TN
Hi friends. For this camp we will be focusing on music, sculpture and painting, Imporv and games, collage, and jewerly making. Karl will provide the improv and games and collage. Krisiti Gilleon will teach paiting and sculpture. Noelle Harb will teach music. Skylar Childress will teach jewelry making. Britt Karin will provide dance yoga! Thank you! Please join us! Teen Spring Parkour Camp - Dallas, TX
Time to shake off the winter and say hello to the spring! Fugitive Spring Camp is the perfect opportunity for all ages and experience to learn to run, jump, climb, vault, roll, swing, flip and more from the most experienced staff in Dallas. Fugitive campers will be exposed to tips, drills, and games that build strength, mobility, coordination, teamwork, and leadership while reinforcing good technique in all the major methods of movement. A series of 4 in-depth workshops all about fun types of movement provide campers with the best parkour training possible at the first and only parkour facility in DFW! They will improve their skills in the controlled environment of The Asylum, and then test their ability with games and challenges all under the guidance of our certified staff. Race for the Campers 5K, 10K, and Kid's 1 Mile Adventure Runs - Trout
Get a taste of what Camp Jonah has to offer its campers in these 10k, 5k, and kid’s 1 mile adventure runs; with all proceeds going directly to camp scholarships to help get kids to camp! If you like your races with a little more "fun" than "run" Jonah’s 5k obstacle run is the race for you. Test your limits by wading through mud pits, scaling climbing walls, conquering inflatable obstacles, dodging flying water balloons, and battling many more surprises along the way. Win the race to be crowned camp King or Queen. Be sure to bring your messy clothes/shoes, you may get dirty! For the more serious runners we recommend our 10k scenic run exploring the beauty of Trout Lake. With Mount Adams as your backdrop, this is a race is one you won’t want to miss. Kid's Hoop Dance Camp! with Mariah McKay - Pensacola, FL
1:15- 3:15 each day, Monday July 18th through Thursday 21st. This kid's camp is a colorful mix of hooping, dance, play, movement and yoga designed to support physical fitness, encourage ecstatic expression and nurture self-esteem. During camp, students will have the opportunity to share what they have learned through dance, play, performance and hoop games. This unique fun fitness program enhances total body awareness, hand–eye coordination, increased flexibility and core strength. Spatial awareness, fine motor skills, group participation, creativity and self-expression are just some of the many benefits of hoop dance with children. Your child's hoop is included in the pricing. JumpStart Kids & Teens Camp - Medina, OH
CrossFit HighGear offers two JumpStart camps to choose from! KIDS CAMP runs from June 6 - 10 while TEEN CAMP runs from June 13 - 17 both from 10 am - noon. Registration includes a t-shirt and daily snack! Campers will participate in a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements. Participants learn to move their bodies and move them well, making them fitter and more resilient day to day. We focus on quality of movement before we push intensity. Regardless of age, ability or experience, campers benefit physically as their bodies adapt and become stronger, faster and more flexible. Green Thumbs Worlds End Reservation (AM session) - Worlds End Reservation
Some say it isnt easy being green but it is here! Especially if being green means spending time outside and learning to love the world around you. This is our goal with this introductory program. This three day session will take place at Worlds End Reservation which is home to some of the best views on the South Shore. Our activities will be similar to activities offered in the full week session but tailored to our younger audience. Children can expect to put on their backpack and head out in search for adventures at the salt marsh, shore line or forest. Children must be four by August 31st to be eligible for this program. We have also had many five year old campers in this program that are looking for an introduction or a shorter week. 781.740.7233

March 25: Spring Break Science - Summit Schools
Join Summit Schools staff and our community partners for a day on of fun, interactive activities at Learning Extensions Camp, also known as In-Service Day Camp. -Theme: Spring Break Science. Well explore, create, experiment, discover, and engineer all in the name of science! -Experiment with soil science and composting methods as the C.R. Solid Waste Agency teaches us about landfill engineering. -With the Cedar Rapids Water Department, well test water quality, PH levels, and more as we learn about the science of water. -Summits own art teacher, Miss Carol, will have us discovering the science of art through messy and fun art experiments. -Alpaca Fiber Arts will teach us all about alpacas and llamas as we create felted take-home soap and/or coasters.
