Fantasy Dance Camp - Winnetka Community House
This very popular camp incorporates imagination, movement, pantomime, music, dance and enchanting costumes to make for a wonderful summer experience. Each week we will explore a new theme, learn basic ballet, improve motor skills, complete an arts & crafts project and enjoy a yummy snack. Please have your child toilet trained as the insturctor will not change diapers. This camp meets one cay a week for two hours. You may sign up for as many days as you wish. KidzArt helps students develop skills that enhance other areas of academics and personal expression. The younger we can begin a students creative journey, the better! The ‘language of art begins with the recognition of lines and shapes. We show preschoolers how these lines and shapes can fit together to create a complete whole. Much of DISCOVER! centers around teaching our preschoolers to slow down and relax, to focus, and to see how the world around them is put together. KidzArt drawing lessons focus on process. Students use markers and quality drawing paper with basic introduction to properly using other media such as chalk and oil pastel. All media is non-toxic. Location: Upstairs in the chapel. Treasure Hunting with Stamps! Letterboxing! - The Evergreen School
A week of stamp making, hiking and treasure hunting. Students will create their own stamps, follow directions, and find hidden letterboxes. They will stamp in and collect stamps from each of our daily hikes. We will even make our own letterboxes, write up the clues and hide them for others to find. Students will be hiking approximately 1-3 miles daily with plenty of time for breaks, lunch, play, and treasure hunting. Children must bring a lunch, a full water bottle, and should wear sturdy sneakers or hiking boots. The class will be outdoors all day walking fairly easy trails. Letterboxing is a great prologue to geocaching. 206-957-1533

2016 Big Man Camp - Memorial Stadium
This camp emphasizes development of the basic fundamentals of offensive and defensive line play – technique and concepts. The camp includes drills, technique work and 1-on-1 competitions. Campers will be grouped according to age/grade, height, and ability level. REFUND POLICY: Cancellations requested at least seven days prior to the start of camp will be issued a full refund less a $15 non-refundable deposit.
