Special guests will be invited to this camp including sports, art and science instructors. Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp will be held at Commissioners Park, located at 22108 S. 80th Avenue in Frankfort, along with the use of Chelsea Middle School, which is located next to Commissioners Park. Drop off and pick up will take place at Chelsea Middle School, located at 22265S. 80th Ave. The camp will run from 9 ? 4pm, Monday thru Friday, with a before and after care option. Stanford Synchro Swim Camp will allow coaches the opportunity to work with and observe Olympic medalists, National Team coaches and coaches of the Stanford University Synchronized Swim Team. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. Class will meet once a week on Mondays for a total of four weeks. In this introductory level, juniors learn swing fundamentals, safety, and basic fitness routines.
