Just Cruising Equestrian Center Summer Camp Week 1 - Kingdom City, MO
Send your child to our day camps for a great learning opportunity with experienced and dedicated staff, amazing horses, and lots of hands-on crafts and activities! Students will help with care of the horses (feeding, watering, pasture turnout, stall cleaning, etc.) and learn about horse anatomy, colors, breeds, conformation, and tack. The last day of camp includes a mini horse show for parents to come watch what their kids have been learning throughout the week. All levels of riders are welcome, even if students have never ridden before. The cost of the summer camp is $350. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Camp runs from 8:00 am to 4 pm. Youth Golf Camp - Park Sites
Join us for Youth Sports popular golf program. Participants will get the chance to learn the rules of the game, develop their skills and fundamentals and HAVE FUN with the help of golf professionals from Dobson Ranch Golf Course. All equipment is provided. Participants must wear closed-toe athletic shoes or golf shoes. All participants should also bring water each day to stay hydrated in the summer heat. Registration fee is $80 total for Mesa residents/$96 non-resident. (Due at time of enrollment: $40 Mesa resident/$480non-resident. 10th 2016 Camp Buckaroo WINTER BREAK 3 Day Camp - Blue Point Stables
This Camp is a 3 (Three) Day Buckaroo Winter Break Day Camp. Camp begins each day at 9:00 EST and ends at 4:00 pm in the afternoon. Campers will be assigned a horse to ride and to care for. In the larger enrollment classes, campers share assigned horses. Activities that the campers will be involved with are... Riding Lessons (generally twice a day, weather permitting) Grooming, Stall Care & Management, Equine Characteristics, Arts and Crafts and Horse Husbandry including some Horse Health and Welfare. Plus, making friends or renewing relationships with new and returning campers alike. Campers have the option to purchase and challenge the test for a CHA riding level. Campers receive the appropriate CHA Riding Level Book. Successful campers are awarded the appropriate Certificate, Patch and Pin. Campers falling below the testing standards are allowed to retest once for no additional charge. Day campers will need to bring appropriate clothing for each day, to include layered warm clothing + GLOVES on cold days and rain gear when needed, as well as, their lunches, snacks and drinks for each day.
