04 Summer Fun Camp 4 Ages 5-12 - Middle School
Camp will meet from Noon-5:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; and at 7:00-5:30pm on Friday. Activities will include: arts and crafts, passive games,educational games, group activity games, sports, strength and conditioning, rhythms, and free play. There will be swimming from 4:00-5:00pm in the Middle School pool. Activities will be geared for children 5-12 years of age. Bring a snack, swim suit and towel. Campers should report to the HS cafeteria and enter door #29 on days that camp starts at Noon. Campers will be escorted to the MS Gym after lunch by camp counselors. When camp begins at 7:00 am campers should report to the Middle School Gym and enter through door #36. Teen Metalsmithing & Jewelry with Connie Pfeiffer (Ages 12-17) - Young People
Learn basic metalworking techniques to create mini sculpture and jewelry. Saw, hammer, fold, cut, stamp, rivet and solder copper sheet metal and wire. Students will use hand tools and a torch (one-on-one with instructor) to make metal malleable and solder pieces together as needed. Spend your summer vacation with us! Wright Denny Day Camp offers 2 trips to the Jefferson Memorial pool per week and weekly themed crafts and activities. T-shirt is included in camp price. Camp hours are 8:00am-4:00pm. Cost for camp is $95 per week (4th of July week is $76).Full payment is due at time of registration.
