180 Snow Camp 2016 - Trenton, NJ
The cost of this year's Snow Camp is $90. New visitors who are not already attending a church youth group can attend for free! Please sign up in our lower foyer or have your friend who attends FBC or FCS sign you up. Just be sure to give them your adult t-shirt size. The registration process will include: checking in, turning in medical forms and making payments if not already done; and then receiving T-shirts and team assignments. This year, we have a military theme "Snow Wars" - Delta Force vs Navy Seals! We are in a battle! Once registration is completed and luggage is loaded, we will head out to High Point Camp (www.hpcamp.org). We will be stopping for dinner on the way Friday night. Non-Contact Boxing Camp @ Villa-Parke - Villa-Parke Community Center
This co-ed camp is great fun and an even better workout! Non-contact boxing focuses on discipline, form, fitness and technique instruction. The emphasis on sportsmanship and building self-confidence and character makes this camp a great fit for youth who love traditional team sports as well as those who are more drawn to an individual sport. Camp includes a test-your-skills finale, surprise guest speakers, awards, a free t-shirt and recognition for most improved camper. Summer Rec Camp Week One - Full Time - North Hampton School
Our mission is to provide a safe, peaceful and harmonious environment where campers can spend time with their friends while creating new ones. Summer Rec Camp consists of six weekly programs that run Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). The Full Time program has a field trip every Tuesday and Thursday. Lunch, snacks and drinks must be provided by the parents/guardians. Outdoor activities and field trips are subject to the weather. Rain dates have been planned for appropriate trips. A camp tee shirt will be provided and must be worn on all field trips as well as to the beach. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All fees must be paid prior to the first day of camp. Cancellation of any weeks must be done two full weeks in advance, in writing, in order to be considered for a refund. Please, do not send food that contains peanut butter. We can have campers who are severely allergic so this will need to be monitored. Campers must be signed in when dropped off at 8:00 am and signed out when picked up at 4:00 pm. Book Trailers (3 & 4) - TBD
Popular childrens stories will be read as a group. Club members will then be asked to find the important parts of the book to begin creating their very own movie trailer. Concepts such as characters, setting, plot, main idea, and problem will be taught and practiced as we read and as they create their trailer.
