Kid's Yoga Camps - Pittsford, NY
Owner of Flower City Yoga and Art Therapist, Nora Doebrich will be hosting 3 very special Yoga Camps, this Summer. Activities will include; fun movment/yoga games, arts and crafts intended to calm the mind, anatomy education to build body awareness, yoga poses to promote self-esteem, group directives to create a sense of community and excerises to increase relaxation. We also have Mary Stachowski of Food, Fun and Friends who will be joining us for the Thursday of each week. Together we will be cooking a healthy snack for us to enjoy. 7/11- 7/15 Ages 5-7 7/25-7/29 Ages 8-10 8/8-8/12 Ages 11-13 Camps will run Monday- Friday 1pm-3pm. EBI Ball Handling & Shot Dr. Camp - July 5-8, 2016 - Hidden Valley Fieldhouse
Eastside Basketball Institute partner with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue in teaching campers to learn proper ball handling and shooting techniques. They will practice drills that they can do by themselves at home. This camp is great for all ages and positions. Campers will be divided by age and ability to enhance their learning experience. Camps include contests, games, skill work, drills, camp shirts and more! Aqua Sports Camp Jr - Olney Swim Center
This camp has it all-swimming, diving, trampoline, soccer, kickball, crafts and games! Campers should be able to swim 25 yards and must be comfortable in the water that exceeds their height. Campers must come equipped with shorts, T-shirt and tennis shoes or athletic-type shoes. Campers should bring a non-perishable lunch, extra pair of athletic socks, swim suit, towel, cap, goggles and sunscreen. A $15 material fee is due at the beginning of each session, payable to Tober Aqua Sports, Inc. Extended Care is provided by the camp for morning and/or afternoon for participants only.
