Students will learn tips to become better writers--whether developing a poem, fictional story, or essay. Patty Soemer holds a Masters degree in education from Liberty University and has taught various subjects to a variety of ages for the past 21 years. Kids Winter Boxing Camp #1 - Edmond, OK
Do the kids need a place to burn some energy and learn useful physical skills over the holiday break? In our Boxing camps your children will learn fundamental boxing and self-defense techniques in a safe and supportive environment. No experience necessary. You can bring your own gloves or we have gloves for sale. To accomodate your holiday plans we are offering 3 separate camps. MEFIYI (Me-For-Incredible-Youth, Inc), along with the Carson High School Basketball Program is offering a three day co-ed skills and development camp at the Carson High School Gym. The sessions will run from 1pm to 4 pm each day and will consist of basketball skill instruction, speed and agility training, and other basketball activities.

D&D Summer Band Camp - Tucson, AZ
It's time again for the D&D Summer Camp! This year we have a half day and a full day option. Each student will learn some basics of drum set, guitar, bass guitar, piano, vocals and more/ or further the skills they already have. Campers will get to form small groups and learn songs and perform them on video and on our Rock Star stage in a student battle of the bands. We will have a guest band performance, plus lunch and snacks are provided each day with a pizza party on the final day. Getting dirty has to be one of the greatest joys of childhood (and lucky adults)! This week we will learn about mud, clay and camouflage in a variety of ways. Well muck in the mud, create things with clay, and combine both art forms to camouflage ourselves in nature, becoming stealthy stalkers in many a game. Mountain Bike Camp - Fort Tuthill County Park
Develop the skills and attitude to become a lifetime mountain biker including riding skills and strategies, safety, trail etiquette, stewardship, environmental awareness, and bike maintenance. Staging at Fort Tuthill County Park, Exit 337 off I-17, unless told otherwise. Participants may meet at another location as trips demand. Players Camp **SOLD OUT** - Stanford University
The Players Camp is a five-day, overnight program designed to give the higher-level junior player an opportunity to develop their game in preparation for high-school/collegiate/tournament golf. Learning sessions will include technical instruction in all parts of the game, course management and mapping, mental training, fitness education, nutrition habits, significant on-course playing time and college recruitment information. Each camper will receive one-on-one instruction with the Stanford Coaching Staff and other DI Coaches and Current Collegiate Players; space is limited for this camp.
