2016 BACDS Family Dance Camp - Sonora, CA
Join us for six days full of dancing, music, crafts, swimming, games, storytelling, and too much fun…at Foothill Horizons Outdoor School near Sonora, CA. For those who haven’t been before, Family Week often takes some explaining. It’s not a “kids’ camp” or a “sleepaway camp”: it’s for the entire family. We share traditional camp accommodations: several families per bunkhouse, and everyone eats community style. During the morning, kids take classes in community dance, English team dance, and art, while parents are free to come dance, play music, sing, or simply relax. After lunch, families come back together, for swimming, jamming, playing games, and a series of great classes for all. During the week of camp, a community like no other grows, culminating in a demo day when everyone shows each other what we’ve been doing. Every evening, we come together to dance. Oakmont Full Day Camp - Oakmont Golf Club
Full Day Camp Full day camps provide an excellent opportunity for junior golfers to improve their technical skills as well as develop strong course management skills. Participants are placed in smaller groups based on their experience level in order to create the most favorable learning environment possible.
