Summer Horse Camp - Ernul, NC
We have 6 awesome horse camps this summer for ages 6 to 10 and ages 11 to 15. Time is 9am to 5pm. The following weeks are available: Little Kids $135: June 13th - June 16th July 11th - July 14th August 8th - August 11th Big Kids $150: June 27th - July1st July 25th - July 29th August 22nd- August 26th Let us know as soon as possible what week you would like to place your child in. Deposits will be due begining Feb 1st to hold your spot. Full balance will be due by June 1st. If you have already contacted us in some other way, you do not need to do so again. We created this event to ensure everyone will see it instead of a post that will get buried in newsfeed. Please feel free to invite anyone you feel would be interested.
Oasis Summer Camp in the Mountains: ADOPTED - Gatlinburg, TN
Oasis in the Mountains: ADOPTED Students (Grades 7-12) are invited to join us for our annual Summer Camp from Jully 22-25. Registration is open and you can register at www.mbcpetal.com Camp will be held at Wafloy Retreat Center in the mountains of Tennessee. Our speaker this year will be Kevin Cooper and music will be led by the Christ Layton Band. Cost is $275 which includes a deposit of $75 to reserve your spot. Space is limited so register as soon as possible. Deadline to register is May 8.
Youth Camp - Leakey, TX
We will be going to Alto Frio camp this summer in Leakey, Texas. Cost is $225 per person. Completed 7th - 12th. Initial non-refundable deposit of $25 is due by March 1, 2015 to ensure your spot. We will be holding our first fundraiser to help offset camp fees on 13th February -- Valentine's Day Banquet...so if you are planning on going to camp, please do your best to work the Banquet. The fundraiser can be used to offset costs for either Alto Frio or Camp Blessing.
WinterJam: Starry Eyed - Fremont, NE
3rd-5th graders are invited to join us for our winter camp, WinterJam! This year's theme "Starry Eyed" will remind kids that the God who created everything there is- wants a personal relationship with them! Kids will become STARRY EYED as they see how over the moon in love with them God is. Each day is filled with Large Group time (worship and a lesson), small groups (where kids dig deeper) and fun activities (climbing an ice wall, sledding, or playing broomball). Kids will NOT want to miss this camp! A deposit of $25 secures your camper's spot and the remaining $75 is due by January 12th.

We are still looking for some interested teens for the TCTA Theatre Arts Program! ages 12-18 It's free, there are 2 sessions at 2 different locations June 13-July 8 @ Hancock Recreation Center July 11- Aug. 5 @ Doris Miller Auditorium Monday - Friday 1-5PM Write, direct, perform and tour to other camps a contemporary performance piece that will include written word, dance, puppetry, etc. The Artists we have hired for the camp have an extensive performance and technical background. You will be taking tours of local theatre spaces and seeing performances around town. This is truly a unique experience if you have an interest in the theatre arts and performance art. MUSICAL (week 2) 2016 - Icicle Creek Center for the Arts
Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, nestled in the Cascade Mountains near Leavenworth, Washington offers an extraordinary overnight or day camp, for aspiring young actors, directors and playwrights ages 10 - 18 years. This camp is a week long training ground where talented students come together to learn from an amazing team of theater professionals working in Seattle, New York and on Broadway. Students will be taken on a journey of self discovery. All classes, master classes and workshops cater to each students specific needs and skill levels by creating a safe and nurturing environment for all kids to express themselves creatively through theater. Acting groups are assembled to receive age-appropriate instruction. This program is designed to give young people life-changing experiences in theater instruction, skill acquisition, and the confidence to use them. For all levels, ages 13-18. Instruction includes bio-mechanics, nutrition, goal setting and individualized training procedures. Small group discussions will cover goal setting, training and racing techniques, motivational techniques and supplemental training. Runs will vary according to individual fitness level. Morning workouts offer options of running, yoga, circuit training, aerobics, pilates, tai chi, and weights. Guest speakers will enlighten campers on a variety of interesting topics, including motivation, injuries, training schedules, and choosing college programs. Campers may also participate in an abundance of scheduled or free-time activities including volleyball, ultimate frisbee, basketball, dodge ball, and a talent show. A dance concludes the camp. Open to teams or individuals. Teams of seven or more can choose either week to attend team camp. Team camp is for teams of 7 or more runners. A coach MUST come with each team (at no charge) and they must bring transportation. The emphasis of this week is on team building activities, individualized team training runs (coaches choose mileage, intensity, and terrain), group challenge courses and recreational activities.
