Charlottes Web - Main Cast Grades 4-8 - Barn Second Floor
THIS YEARS SPRING SHOW IS CHARLOTTES WEB! A Non-Musical - Based on the book by E.B. White. Directed by Kirsten Raymond Learn performance skills and grow as an actor while directly applying the new knowledge to a full production performance of Charlottes Web. Through rehearsals and theater games and exercises, students will hone skills in acting and movement in a supportive group environment. Charlottes Web auditions will take place on March 2nd at the HCA. 2nd -3rd graders should arrive for their audition at 5:15 pm. They should prepare a short poem of their choice or read one of the poems provided in the attachment. 4th - 8th graders do not have to schedule an appointment. Please arrive anytime between 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm. Auditioners will be seen one at a time in the order of their arrival. There are two attachments of audition material for this age group. Robotics Camp with Mr. McCarter - Sycamore School
Sycamore science teacher Mr. McCarter has a long and successful history of coaching students in both the Vex and Lego robotics competitions. The competitions are great motivators, but the true value is the hands on learning that happens when students engage with robots. This camp is designed to do exactly that. Elite 1 - Jadwin Gymnasium
The Princeton Basketball Elite Camps are a great opportunity to work closely with Head Coach Mitch Henderson and his staff on the skills and fundamentals that are the building blocks to the Princeton Mens Basketball programs success. The camp will closely resemble the experience that high-level college players go through daily in practice. Mythical Marionettes & Show (A.M.) with Ansley Young - Westerly Creek Elementary (Art Room)
Teachers: Ansley Young and Pam Peters lead young artists in creating a fully functional four legged creature marionette from wood, paint, rope and more. After reading and researching myths and fairy tales, kids use their findings to construct a magical being and develop a story to tell. The story will be told in a 10-15 minute performance at the end of the week. We close online registration 24 hours prior to camp start. SeaPerch ROV - LCMM Campus: Vergennes/Basin Harbor
Built a Custom Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) and Explore Lake Champlain! Using a SeaPerch ROV kit we will learn how to assemble, solder, wire, and fly an ROV. We will use our ROVs to explore the bottom of Lake Champlain and learn how nautical archeologists and scientists use ROVs to study shipwrecks and the aquatic life of the lake. 802-475-2022
