Teen Bring a Friend Weekend - De Leon Springs, FL
For youngsters in grades 5 through 10. Campers are allowed to bring a friend of the same sex and approximate age if they so choose. This weekend program allows for interactions amongst peer groups and a learning experience for those campers without diabetes. Educational sessions relating to Teen Issues, School Issues and How To-Be-A Friend are lead by the pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, dietitians and mental health professionals. Networking and the support of their peers is critical to this age. Campers are also treated to activities such as a beach party, luau, casino night and land sports.

All Skills Camp II - Yum Center
All Skills camp will focus on developing and improving the fundamentals of volleyball. Passing, serving, setting, defense, attacking, blocking as well as team systems and competition. Camp check in begins at 8:15a on July 6th and camp sessions run from 9:00a-12:00p and 1:00-3:30p daily. Lunch & t-shirt included. ONLY CASH OR CHECK ACCEPTED AT CHECK IN. $25 cancellation fee per camper. 502-852-3327
Young Painter - Spiva Center for the Arts
Does your child want to learn to paint? If so, he/she will love this painting class. Artist and teacher Amber Mintert teaches drawing, color mixing, brush control,broad wash, and detailing in this fun introductory painting class. (417) 623-0183

Week 2: Little Chefs/ Big Bakers - The Childrens Tree Montessori School
Little Chefs (3-6): Pack your bag for a culinary geography adventure. With recipes from around the world, preschoolers will be cooking a new dish every day using summer vegetables. Big Bakers (6-12): Children will bake yeast bread and quick bread, make delicious summer fruit pies and bake foods from other countries. The wonderfully qualified teaching staff at The Childrens Tree Montessori School have come together to create an interactive summer program to keep your child (ren) engaged, discovering, and learning. *Activities for children ages 3-12 yrs old *Full day: bring a lunch, sunscreen, bathing suit, and towel *Camp sessions are Monday –Thursday *Activities will be age appropriate for all children *Must be fully potty trained for preschool program *Highly recommended for new students *Program Hours are 8:30-3:30 or 8:30 -12:00 860-388-3536
Junior Soccer Shots Girls/Boys - Sanford Day Camp
Soccer camp will be held under the directions of Soccer Shots™, a leader in youth soccer development in the DE and PA area under the direction of C.C. Colasante. CC was an all-state player for Salesianum, All-American while playing at LaSalle, and also played professionally for the Philadelphia Kixx. Players will be taught the fundamentals of shooting and passing. Mornings will consist of skill sessions and afternoons will be occupied with competitive games and scrimmages. Teamwork around the net will be emphasized. ------------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 11:45 a.m. unless your child is registered for day camp (1/2 day) in which case they will be escorted to lunch and then to day camp for the afternoon. ------------ RAINY DAYS: Please wear sneakers. Camp held indoors ------------ WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers or soccer shoes. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon.
