Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people.
