The Cardinals Camp works to improve skills through individual instruction, drills, lectures and games. We feel the staff-camper ratio is very important and maintain a ratio of one coach for each 10 campers. Camp staff will instruct campers on the fundamentals of passing, dribbling and shooting as well as both individual and team offensive and defensive strategies. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Camp Dates: * Week 1 - June 6th - 10th (Friday is a half day) 9:00 am - 4:00 pm $185.00 Full Day Camp $155.00 Half Day Camp * Week 2 - June 27th - July 1st (Friday is a half day) 9:00 am - 4:00 pm $185.00 Full Day Camp $155.00 Half Day Camp -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Registration, Walk-ins, Drop-Off and Pick Up will be held at the UIW Convocation Center. Drop-Offs between 8:00 am - 9:00 am Pick-Ups between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm Each camper will have an opportunity to go swimming mid-week during camp. Whisk Carolina will be hosting is a big bake sale on Saturday, October 31st to benefit No Kids Hungry. All of the Whisk chefs and staff will be baking and contributing their time and costs to the cause. Whisk will also donate all profits from the sale to No Kids Hungry. It’s my new year!”–Spirit Quest Teen Camper Spirit Quest for Teens is for 13-17-year-olds, who are moving into young adulthood and who need a safe, nurturing place to reflect on where they have been, where they are going and who they are becoming. Struggling with basic math computation? This class is designed to help close the gap to success with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using manipulatives to strengthen concepts. This camp is appropriate for students with remedial skills. Two separate classes are offered: 1st - 3rd Grade & 4th-6th Grade *Please note: Students who are registered for a morning and afternoon camp within the same week are invited to stay for FREE supervised lunch and recess between 11:30 am-12:30 pm. Students should bring a sack lunch that does not require heating or cooling.
