Teen Plein Air: Art In Motion Camps #1 & 2 - Bow, WA
Choose from Camp #1 July 11th-15th or Camp #2 July 18th-July 22nd. Class Cost per week $87.50. Camp #1: 3:00pm-5:00pm -- Plein Air (**Students encouraged to participate in Part I & II) "Examining our surroundings in detail, seeing beauty not only in the spectacular but also in the smallest growing things" (Lowenfeld) . In addition to work in our cozy studio, small Plein-Air outings will be held at 2 locations during this one week workshop. Students will learn how to connect with their surroundings. Students develop their observation skills and increase their knowledge about the world around them. Parents expected to drive students to the Plein-Air location specified prior to class. Camp #2: 3:00pm-5:00pm -- Plein Air II: Art In Motion This is a stand alone class of can be the second step to week 1. This week will focus on gesture drawing, composition, and how to record what you see when it’s moving. There will be a short lesson with a slide show of Degas and after some skills in the studio are absorbed we will visit the dance studio and draw the dancers in motion! We will also design, draw, and paint a rollercoaster bringing the element of architecture into art! At the end of Week 2 there will be an artist...

Kids Latin Dance Camp - Lafayette, LA
This is an introductory course of popular Latin dances. It is appropriate for all levels of dance experience. Classical Ballet is incorporated into the curriculum to ensure proper technique is applied in all dance styles. The dancers will be split into two groups. Children ages 5-8 will attend camp from 9:00am-12:00pm. Children ages 9-12 will attend camp from 1:00pm-4:00pm.

Teen Leadership Summit - Seattle, WA
Join Camp Fire for a daylong conference just for teens to build leadership skills that will prepare you for the school year ahead. Workshop sessions may include topics such as communication, goal setting, mindset management, teamwork, leadership style and the impact of service learning. This event is a great way to learn about Camp Fire programs like Teens in Action or the Spring Break Road Trips and kick-off the year ahead! Camp Fire will also present information about how to begin earning your Wohelo Award, the highest achievement in Camp Fire. Find your youth voice and learn to put it into action! Prior experience in Camp Fire, Camp Sealth, or program membership is not required. Lunch and all workshop materials will be provided by Camp Fire and is included in your registration fee. Stock The Pantry Craft & Vendor Fair @ Morganwood Youth Camp - Tupelo,
Stock The Pantry is a vendor event at Morganwood Youth Camp in Tupelo, MS. Booths are $30 and fees will go toward pantry items needed for this summers camp. The 27th Annual Indy's Child Magazine Summer Camp & Activity Fair - In
Gather your future campers! On February 27th, families from all over Central Indiana are invited to join us at the 27th Annual Indy's Child Magazine Summer Camp Fair. More than 60 overnight camp, day camp and summer program exhibitors will be on hand to answer your questions. Plan your child's summer of fun all in one day. To top it off, there will also be lots of fun entertainment from face painters, our prize wheel, mock covers, and much more. Level 1 & 2 Mountain Bike - Ute Valley Park @ Pinon Valley
This camp is for kids with Level 1 and Level 2 mountain biking skills. Kids will break into two groups after the first day of camp based on age/ability. LEVEL 1 After a kid has become confident riding a bicycle on two wheels, with the ability to steer and brake the bike appropriately, we move into more skill development of bicycle handling, overall confidence, and building up young mountain biking ambassadors. We teach appropriate trail and group riding etiquette and build on the childs ability to brake, steer, and handle the bicycle on gravel both uphill and downhill. LEVEL 2 This level becomes the difference between a ‘beginner and an ‘intermediate mountain biker. Though age is not the determining factor, kids are usually at least 7 years old and have been riding a bicycle confidently for a couple years. With level 2 comes more substantial mountain biking with drills specific to handling a bicycle on singletrack. Capacity for riding grows to longer consecutive riding stretches, maintaining energy and enthusiasm for riding, and the ability to show multiple riding skills naturally.
