Around the World! Kid's Camp - Midland, MI
We are going around the world with this multi faceted day camp for kids! We will explore the art, language and culture of several different countries, including Brazil, Morocco and Japan. A variety of activities will fill our time together - art, sports, music and more! Campers will create and fill in their "passports" as we visit a new country each day. Kids from 8-13 are invited to join us for this 4 day camp, running Monday, August 15 - Thursday, August 18 from 9 am to 12:30 pm each day. Cost of camp is $120. Families sending multiple children may use code FAMILY10 for a 10% discount.
Teen Takeover - Vashon, WA
Join us for a special event just for teens out at Camp Sealth! In this special Amazing Race Edition, teens will embark on a two-day race around Camp Sealth facing challenges in their small team units. Choose a team name and create a team cheer to let others know you’ve got the spirit! Activities will include classic camp favorites with an “amazing” twist – archery, crafts, challenge course activities, relay races, skits, sports, trivia, and more! In the evening, your team will check in for a pit stop featuring a relaxing evening of tasty dinner and treats, games, and feature presentations, and awake on Sunday for a final team challenge before heading home.

2nd Session - Harry Potter - YSCP
Bio: Carol Pharo, Harry Potter Drama Club instructor, first explored the adventures of Harry Potter with her drama students at the International School of Amsterdam. Other themes included The Sound of Music, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and The Hobbit (with original music). She has continued working with these favorites in Centre County where she has also directed all-children casts for the operas Amahl and the Night Visitors, LOrfeo, and a ballet version of Winnie the Pooh. Ms. Pharo has taught at the Arts Conservatory, the Joan Kennedy Dance Center, The Music Academy, and the Academy of the Performing Arts. The Harry Potter Drama Club, for grades 3-8, is a young actors training, drawing upon the adventures of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. This drama class will emphasize variety in vocal expressions and timing along with effective posture and gesture. There are parts for everyone, and favorite parts are continually switched, so that everyone has the opportunity to play the character of his/her dreams! Goals: Harry Potter et al. will fly all year-long with a performance on Extravaganza Night! 8142379727.0

Lego Simple Machines - Morgan Park Academy
In this hands-on class, campers will use the LEGO system to create simple machines. They will learn about levers, pulleys, axels, wheels, and gears through activates designed to challenge the young engineer. Through the knowledge gained, campers will design and create mechanisms including a catapult, crane, car and other interesting machines. Come join the fun where everything is awesome! 773-881-6700

This option is for campers ages 3 & 4 Camped Up is a day camp program located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan for children with a hearing loss, using an oral approach. Our mission is to provide a community in which each child will be able to socialize with other hearing aid and cochlear implant users, gain self advocacy skills and have a blast in a unique listener friendly environment.
