Tae Kwon Do Camps 2016 Each day campers will participate in one of the following themes; Ninja Camp, Demo Team, Sparring and Kicks & Tricks. Ninja Camp - Focuses on balance, focus and extreme movements. Demo Team - Students will learn the key tools for developing the proper physical and mental attitude. Sparring - Using fast twitch muscles, combination kicks, pivoting and changing stances. Kicks & Tricks - Blending martial arts and gymnastic practice aerials, 540s round offs, Chinese butterfly kicks, kip ups and 360 spin kicks.
