SoCal Youth Tri Series Event #3 Kids Spring Sprint Triathlon Prerace Clinic - South Shores Park, Mission Bay
Our USA Triathlon Certified Coaches will be sure your child is well prepared for their kids triathlon! We will practice swim, bike, run and transition skills right in their race course! Healthy post event refreshments and race goodies too! Each child earns 1 point towards series awards for participating in the clinic! Mens Basketball Youth Camp #1-16/17 - Junior Wildcats - Chico State University - Acker Gym
The Junior Wildcat promotes skill development for ages 8-13. The emphasis of the camp is to teach the fundamentals of basketball through drills and game play. Specific skills that will be taught are shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and defense. All of the skills and fundamentals taught will be sharpened through drills and put into game play. The coaches and players of Chico State Basketball will be teaching and emphasizing the same skills that are taught at every Chico State practice. All Chico State Basketball Camps provide challenging and exciting basketball instruction to develop the skills of youth basketball players in our community. This is a camp that is designed to teach WR and DB Play. There will be both On Field and Class Room instruction for Skilled Players. Pathfinders will engage their adventurous spirits as they learn outdoor skills and exciting ways to thrive in nature. Campers will immerse themselves in the natural world as they discover shelter building, map-making, plant identification and animal tracking. Daily storytelling and hiking will be sure to keep everyone active and engaged. With their own survival kit in hand, every camper will be eager to share their new knowledge of and appreciation for the outdoors. All campers will learn from science experts, play learning games, make projects, meet new friends, cool off in Sand Creek and have supervised exploration time.
