Girls Lacrosse Weekend Day Camp - Costello Sports Complex
The camp is intended to teach players the fundamentals of lacrosse from A to Z. Players will be grouped according to their age and ability. They will receive both individual and team instruction. The USM staff is geared up to give the beginning player the skills necessary to compete, while challenging event he most advanced youngster. This camp will emphasize skill development and both individual and team concepts. Each player will receive special attention according to their individual needs. Our goal is to develop skills, team play and overall ability so that each player becomes more knowledgeable and better able to apply these concepts to game situations. From the farms to the forest, and birdhouses to beaches, we will be inspired by the colors, shapes, and sound of the flora and fauna that are local to our area. Weather permitting, campers will explore nature on MAMs grounds and at Van Vleck House and Gardens. Iron Men Acro & Agility - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
With coaching and equipment resources from the Gymstars Gymnastics, boys will be introduced to the basics of tumbling acrobatics such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, handsprings, jumps and safety falls, in addition to mini trampoline fundamentals. To round out this program the mini-men will also practice strength, flexibility, coordination, and agility challenges in a fun, age appropriate format.
