Noor Youth Camp - Ingleside, IL
Masjid al-Noor Youth Camp is an exciting opportunity to spend time building brotherhood/sisterhood while enjoying recreational activities, and spending time with Shaykh Noman Hussain. The camp will be open for youth between the ages of 12-18. If there are any children that would like to attend under the age of 12, they will be allowed attendance ONLY IF A PARENT/GUARDIAN attends as their chaperone. Brothers and sisters will be in separate accommodations in the same campsite under the supervision of adult male and female camp counselors. DATES: Monday, August 22, 2016 to Wednesday, August 24, 2016. LOCATION: YMCA Camp Duncan in Ingleside, IL COST: $125 per person. $100 for children under 12 (Payments can be given to Shaykh Noman, Sr. Orusa, or Sr. Bushra) ALL MEALS ARE INCLUDED. Storytime Yoga PK-1 (Monday) - Janney Elementary School
Yoga helps the student find balance at any age, calming the mind and relaxing the body. This class helps bring active minds into union with active bodies in a non-competitive environment. Kids will learn new poses in a fun and playful way that stretches and strengthens their imaginations as well as their bodies. Mats are provided. Previous yoga experience is not required. The return of a Palace favorite! Filled with animals dancing and singing, Wild Things! A Big Zoo Revue is an inspirational musical trip through the zoo. Lego Space Engineer - Hamilton Mill United Methodist
COURSE This camp is a combination of LEGO® robotics and rocketry. Campers will design and build structures and space vehicles for living on far away planets. Space Engineer includes instruction on the Earth, Moon, stars, and planets as well as the scientific topics of force, friction, simple machines, and gravity.
