I have been invited to be the Lead Speaker at this Year’s Youth Leadership Camp being held by The Christ United Methodist Church and Mississippi Families for Kids on the June 27, 2016 starting at 9:30 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. I am so honored that I have have been asked and I look forward to Empowering our Leaders of Tomorrow with the Encouraging of Words of God. In addition, to utilizing my life experiences, professional knowledge and expertise to inform participants of what is necessary to achieve their goals and how to become successful adults. It is my desire that youth will be able to reach inside of themselves to identify those strengths that will be the driving forces for their futures. So, on June 27, 2016 come out and help us..... University Club Kid's Camp - Birchwood, WI
In August, the University Club of Saint Paul invites their club's younger demographic on a very popular camping trip to Stout's Island Lodge. With their sleeping bags, tents, fishing poles, and bug spray, the kids and their chaperones head off for a three-day camping trip on the private rustic island... an excellent way to wrap up the summer! Teens, you are invited to join us the Winter Teen Camp! This year’s theme is “authentic” and we will be focusing on how to live authentically as children of our Creator. Our culture is talking a lot about what it means to be “true”, “real”, and “you”. What does it mean to really live as were made to live? How can we embrace God’s vision for our lives and fight against the pull to just go with the flow? Our prayer is that your teenagers will return home with more passion to live for God than ever before. It is our desire that any teen that would like to join us for the Winter Teen Camp is able to. With this in mind, our early bird rate is only $50.00 for those who register by December 1st. After December 1st the cost is $75. Our event will take place at Living Faith Christian Church in Warwick, Rhode Island. Our dates for this three-day event are Wednesday, December 28 to Friday, December 30, 2016. Arrowhead campers can be seen exploring our local Forest, playing epic games of Capture the Flag on our field and have even known to travel over to Miller Creek to play in the giant gymnasium. When not exploring, Arrowheads like to play at our playground, take a dip in the pool or spend some chill time doing arts and crafts indoors.
