Summer Camp - Teen Camp - Moreno Valley, CA
July 26-August 1, 2015 (Sunday - Saturday) COST: $245 per camper Registration: Sunday at 3:00pm Come join the fun at Teen Camp as we discover how we can be "Consumed with Christ" in all that we say & do. Teen camp is an action packed week with late night recreation, crazy games and relays, horses, archery, tournaments, relaxing in the pool or playing a game of pool in the air conditioned recreation room while making new friends or hanging out with old ones. Last year this week almost sold out, so register early. Teen Camp is open to students entering grades 7 thru 2015 Graduates. There will be a separate program for Jr. High and High School. The $50 non-refundable deposit is due by July 1, 2015 to secure a place for your child. To receive a $10 discount please mail in the remaining balance due or the complete amount due by July 6th, 2015. Learn the ins and outs of puppeteering with hand/rod and hand/arm puppets for the stage. For intermediate students wanting to hone their skills and maybe learn some new tricks! Practice different voices (singing and non), speech techniques, movement and how to make yourself invisible while still visible on the stage. Camp SOAR (Summer Outdoor Adventure Recreation) - Hawks Camp Partial Day Go on an outdoor adventure with us this summer! Every week campers will experience games, crafts, silly songs, making friends, and learning in a beautiful, natural park setting. Sessions include play time, singing, storytelling and a short, local field trip. All registrations include a camp shirt, a healthy snack, and a visit from a special guest. Trailblazers - Learn to make homemade granola bars, go on a nature hike, and get a visit from our trailblazing Fire Department. KidzArt helps students develop skills that enhance other areas of academics and personal expression. The younger we can begin a students creative journey, the better! The ‘language of art begins with the recognition of lines and shapes. We show preschoolers how these lines and shapes can fit together to create a complete whole. Much of DISCOVER! centers around teaching our preschoolers to slow down and relax, to focus, and to see how the world around them is put together. KidzArt drawing lessons focus on process.
