5, 6, 7, 8! This camp is all about creative movement in a playful camp environment. If you ever wanted to find out what dance is all about or if you already enjoy it, you will love what we will do together this week. We will concentrate on the study of ballet, creative movement, jazz, and hip-hop dancing. Dance, music, creative expression, and lots of fun will all be a part of our time together. 2016 Youth Tennis (9-11 yrs) - City of Fort Morgan Recreation Department
A two week youth tennis camp! Participants will participate for 60 min each day for 10 days (Monday-Friday). Camp is organized by ages AND physical/skill level. Register your child in the group that seems most appropriate. Camp Objectives 4-6 Years Old: use tennis to develop basic skills of movement, catching, throwing and hitting, 30 minutes 6-8 Years Old: to develop athletic skills, technical and game skills for the tennis environment, 45 minutes 7-10 Years Old: to develop tennis-appropriate athletic, technical, game and competitive skills, 1 hour 9-11 Years Old: to combine tennis-appropriate technical, tactical, physical, and psychological skills for competition, 1 hour LOCATION TBA INSTRUCTOR Elizabeth Smith

Two dimensional projects, such as drawing, painting, and collage, will focus on design elements such as color, line, and shape. Using clay, campers will take inspiration from textures and patterns found in space when they learn the basics of hand building techniques and out-of-this-world wheel throwing.
