Big Stars Tennis Camp - Ages 7 - 15 For new and experienced players. Develop and improve ground strokes, volleys, serves, overheads and more. Well cover rules, basic strategy, and etiquette. Expect lots of fun with fast-moving drills, awesome games and match play. Bring plenty of water. Loaner racquets available. Friday is a rain make-up day, if necessary. 6-12th Grade When? We will leave from Westside parking lot at 4:00pm and return around 2:30pm on Sunday. How much? $40 plus one meal on the road. Westside teens- bring a friend and your friend can come free. I don't have enough money! We will have a work day in the morning of Oct 16th for those that need helping affording to go. What will we do? stay in cabins, campfire, volleyball, massive group games, and hear from guest speaker Cliff Mcgraw about simply following Jesus. Who else will be there? MODIFIED Full Day Camp MODIFIED Full day camps provide an excellent opportunity for junior golfers to improve their technical skills as well as develop strong course management skills. Participants are placed in smaller groups based on their experience level in order to create the most favorable learning environment possible. Each day kicks off with hands-on instruction and includes drills, training exercises, and skill-development inspired games all designed to reach juniors what they need to know to have fun and feel confident on the course. Brookwood in Revue (Full Day 9am-4pm) - Brookwood School
Debbie Gantt, Performing Arts Director at Brookwood School, returns! Joined by her son, Dan Gantt, they will direct and produce a high quality musical theater production. Campers will enjoy both individually tailored and group lessons in voice, acting, and dance. At the end of the week, students will perform a musical revue of previously performed Brookwood 8th grade plays. Students will repurpose costumes, sets, and scores. Dancing in the Street - Cubberley Community Center (CUBB)
This is a hip-hop and breaking camp. Students will move and groove to funky beats and create a music video to share with friends and family. Children should bring a snack and water bottle to each class. Camp includes a fifteen minute break. Dribbling & Passing - St. Teresas (9-11y) - St. Teresas Academy
This is a recreational & competitive level camp open to boys and girls 4-14 years old. Players will improve their technical abilities with the soccer ball through practicing proper mechanics of dribbling, passing and receiving. Dribbling & passing reside at the core of technical progression in order to become a skilled and intelligent player. After completion of the Dribbling & Passing camp, we recommend progressing to the Attacking & Defending camp.
