We will be distributing Blessing bags to the less fortunate at Fairmount Park in Riverside California. What would the Blessing Bags consist of? - Hygiene Products (no mouthwash) - Water Bottle - First Aid materials (no sharp objects) - Baby wipes - Wash cloth - Chapstick - Sunscreen - Nonperishable food items Who is responsible for providing blessing bags? Each student is encouraged to bring a blessing bag with them. You can trade in your bag for a Mercy Chronicles t-shirt on Friday night or Saturday morning before we head to the Park. Transportation: There will be a bus available for transportation to the park. Spaces will be available to those who pre-register first. The Coaches at Functional Effect are excited to announce registration has officially opened, and a limited number of spots are available, for our Youth Athletic Development Camps. 2 Camps Available! *Ages 8-12 - start 6/14 *Ages 13-18 - start 6/13 Our athletic development camps are designed to help your student-athlete build skills to help them both on and off the court. Our 8-12 group will have an emphasis on basic movement pattern development, and SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) Training, while the 13-18 group will also dive into proper lifting technique and strength and explosive power development. Both groups will also receive education on how to maximize their results during camp through good nutiriton! The return of a Palace favorite! Filled with animals dancing and singing, Wild Things! A Big Zoo Revue is an inspirational musical trip through the zoo.
