Join Northwestern Goalkeeper Trainer and former Pro, Ovidio Felcaro, for the goalkeeper-specific curriculum at the Commuter Camp. Players will be exposed to modern goalkeeper training techniques and coaching which will include (but is not limited to) footwork, basic handling, advanced handling, diving, cross management, distribution, and decision making. For $6, you can get a combo of a Main Dish (Tomato Soup, Taco Soup, Chicken Stew, Venison Chili and Beef Stew), roll, drink and a dessert. Grilled cheese sandwiches will also be available to purchase for $1.00. Come on out and let us do the cooking for you! F-2 Simple Chemistry Labs and Activities to Teach Difficult and Important Concepts - Aurora
This will be a hands-on session where participants will perform four chemistry activities/experiments (two of the experiments will be a variation on one theme). The topics will include bonding, equilibrium, and stoichiometry. Teachers will be provided with copies of the activities to take back to their classes. In the spirit of learning together, we ask participants to bring their favorite activity/lab to share with the group (these labs will not be performed, just shared. Located in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia, Camp Horseshoe is an ACA accredited residential camp. Campers are supervised at all times by trained staff. The 6 day camp provides many opportunities for your child. Living in cabins as a family unit, some of the activities available are: fishing, arts & crafts, library time, fossil hunting, creek adventure, sports, dance, games, singing, and swimming. This program is designed to teach the basics of windsurfing including, proper stance, self-rescue, tacking and gybing as well as some basic sail theory. This class is all about exploring the art of textiles, from felting to weaving to mixed-media projects.
