Spanish Age 3-6 Friday with sandor - First Free Church
Do you know? ● There are 400 million Spanish speakers in the world. ● Foreign language learning increases critical thinking skills, creativity, and flexibility of mind in young children. ● The young developing brain is perfectly suited for learning a second language. They learn faster and better. Take advantage of this window of opportunity and give your child a head start by providing them the opportunity to learn Mandarin Chinese/Spanish. These classes are taught by native Spanish speaker, Señor Sandor who is also teaching Spanish at several neighborhood private schools. Classes are hands on and interactive. Summer Stretch Yoga Camp: 4th of July Theme - Marine Park Building
Weekly Theme: 4th of July Balance like a palm tree, roar like a lion, and stretch like a giraffe in this fun-filled yoga camp! Camp begins with a 40 minute class where students learn new poses and breathing techniques each day on an imaginary yoga adventure. Class ends by relaxing with peaceful music. After class, the excitement continues with yoga stories and games, a break for lunch, and a creative take-home art activity. Art projects are yoga themed and will relate to the poses learned that day. Fun activities throughout the week include parachute games, treasure hunts, outdoor craft time, face painting, and more! Yoga has been shown to improve focus, confidence, and coordination in children. Please bring a snack, lunch, and water. A $15 nonrefundable material fee is due to the instructor on the first day of camp. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION (for Santa Monica Residents only) runs March 2 (6 am) through March 8. Primary Class, Kindergarten level is for students who will be 5 years old by Dec 1, 2016. The full-day class is from 8:45 am - 3:00 pm and will include the morning work period, morning snack, recess, lunch, afternoon nap (if still napping) and long-term project work. 518-334-3099

This is the Ultimate 100 Camp for current Juniors/Rising Seniors. It is the only national camp in the USA, where we will rank the top 100 players from this camp.
