LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Baseball: The Milwaukee Brewers Academy - Patriots Hall
This is the official youth baseball/softball camp of the Milwaukee Brewers. In addition to 30 hours of professional-grade instruction, each camper will receive a full uniform, four tickets to a Brewers game, and a VIP Miller Park experience that will include meeting a current player. He/she will also participate in the Brewers Skills Competition with the top scorers competing on Champions Day at Miller Park. Camp is open to boys and girls ages 6-14 and runs M-F from 9am to 3pm. 2016 will be the fourth year of the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Academy. The Academy has earned the reputation as one of the finest baseball/softball camps in America. There is a family and friends discount available. Northern Knights Youth Football Camp (Grades 3-8) Northern Knights Youth Football camp emphasizes the fundamental techniques needed to play football. Camp is NON-CONTACT. It will teach skills that are vital to the athlete and will allow the athlete to reach their fullest potential. Coaches will provide a high energy and fast paced program in an environment that provides competition in the safest setting possible. Staff: Jeff Reilly, high school coaches & college football players. Financial Assistance is available; if you plan to apply you cannot register online. Please come to our office or call x 1719 for detailed information. Pre camp care is available at Millstone River School through WWP Community Education for an additional fee on their website. Farm to Table campers will work in teams throughout the week to create a variety of dishes. Their focus will be on delicious and healthy snacks, meals, and treats that highlight the produce grown at Greenacres. Campers will learn about new ingredients and review techniques relevant to the recipes they make each day, but will also have plenty of opportunities to express their creativity and customize their creations. Outside the kitchen, they will harvest some of their ingredients, explore the gardens and fields, and interact with the producers. Campers will take home an apron as well as a binder of recipes and information at the end of the week. Please note any dietary restrictions when registering.
