ORBC Youth will be holding a Garage Sale in the Shockley Family Life Center on Saturday, March 5th. Please consider donating items, we all have that pile of stuff that we are ready to donate after our spring cleaning and then let's go SHOPPING at this important event for our youth! Please share with your friends, who doesn't like to garage sale?!?! If you need your donation items picked up please contact our Youth Minister, Ben Miller, for those details. Items can be brought to the gym as early as January 23rd.

A three day youth led event for people to come together and educate one another on organizing, activism and social change. Workshops, music, great food and more in an affirming space for all. Spring Youth Retreat - VA Youth Ministries COGOP - Lynch Station, VA
Join us for Spring Youth Retreat 2016 at Camp Lowman on April 8-10, 2016 for those ages 13-18! This is a weekend of fun, a chance to see friends, and most of all, an opportunity to draw closer to Jesus. Registration starts on Friday, April 8 at 3PM - 5PM. The weekend will be comprised of fun activities, interactive teaching, & powerful services designed around empowering young people and leading them closer to Jesus than ever before. We hope to see you there!
Haven Place Youth Summer Camp - New Haven, MI
Haven Place Youth Camp (July 31 thru Aug. 7). 7th-12th graders will be staying at Haven Place. Only $30.00 per person 8 days 7 nights. Registreation due by July 2oth. Last year we had 28 attend. Boys will be in tents outside with the adults on watch and the Ladies will be inside with the adult Ladies. They will be mentored by College age students who will be volunteering their time during the mission week. There will be at least four other key adults to chaperone this event. The week will consist of quiet time with the Lord, learning team building skills, sacrificial service to the community and learning to use their God given talents. There will be a praise and worship band, speaker and fun activities planned during the week. Each student will be going to various work sites. Each work site may have different projects, such as light construction, painting, clean up, landscaping, etc....In the afternoons students will be leading a community kids camp which will located at Haven Place. In the evenings students will be engaged in music, a speaker, team activities, and quality interaction with each other. The students will be challenged with a...

Week 6: Enrichment Sessions - Westminster School
Embark on a new and fun learning adventure with Griffin Camps Enrichment Classes. Our offerings for this week: Session 1: Make it & Take it (9:00 AM- 12:00 PM) In this handson, fun, and exciting program, you will discover how amazing science is. You will make and take home a wide assortment of toys designed to teach you science concepts in a handson way. Bugs, Spiders, and Critters What is a bug? Whats the difference between a spider, and insect, or a millipede? Campers will learn about the differences between the various creepy crawlies in our own backyards! Session 2: Make it & Take it (continued) Refer to description in Session One. Creative Collaging This isnt just any old collaging class. Young artists will use a variety of different materials to make collages. Exploring concepts of depth, texture, color, and mosaic, this camp is bound to cover our week with adventure. Session 3: Our Mighty Oceans The oceans cover 70% of our planet! We will learn about these oceans and the animals that live inside them, even the ones in the darkest depths! Camp will consist of fundamental stations, 3 on 3, 5 on 5 games, hot shot, free throw and 1 on 1 competition. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork and sportsmanship. Mariners (WAITLIST) M-F ($465 for 2 weeks, Members) - Nantucket Yacht Club
NOTE: Please only register for this session if you cannot select the dates on the Mariners M-F session you wish to have your child attend. Formerly Beginner Sailing. Please choose 2 weeks minimum. This class is taught in Rhodes 19s, Capri 14s, and Optimists. Mariners is designed to give the sailor a strong fundamental base of sailing skills such as rigging, tacking, gybing, sail trim, hiking, and some advanced boat handling. The overall goal is to make the sailor comfortable on the water in varying conditions, while eventually becoming proficient sailing alone in the Opti. Inside the Mariners class, we typically divide into three color groups: Forest Green (Novice), Lime Green (Intermediate Mariner), and Army Green(Advanced Mariner).
