There are low cost or free day camp programs offered for children with special needs. Programs that are best suited for children have to provide very rigid structure, well-trained staff, and individualized attention. Some special needs programs are incorporated into a regular camp program, the “inclusion” programs. They offer a one-on-one staff attention for children with special needs, but provide an opportunity for your children to enjoy a regular camp program with other children. This will also be our "elections" business session at 11:15 prior to lunch. All voting members are encouraged to be present. In this camp from Youth Digital, kids learn kids how to create animated movies using their favorite Minecraft characters. At the end of camp, kids will walk away with a fully animated 3D Minecraft® movie that they can share with friends and online! Theyll also be able to access the online version of the course after camp, including video tutorials, interactive quizzes, and new challenges. Kids will learn the fundamentals of character animation, including facial expressions, keyframe animation, walk cycle development, and forward and inverse kinetics. Theyll also learn to use pro-level 3D animation software, Blender.
