The Lancers Track & Field Club and World Record Camps are offering a pre-season conditioning program for all high school and middle school athletes are welcome ! No tryouts, no cuts. Club Training Dates: 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays or Fridays, January 4th - February 19th, 3:00pm - 5:00pm Cost: $159 Why you should join? Training sessions led by Lancers coaches. This is a short class that offers lots of encouragment to kids that have an interest in sewing. Each student needs to bring a sewing machine (we have a few extra machines but need to know in advance if your planning to borrow) and an adult that can help through the class (the adult can have little to no sewing experience). Junior Firefighters - Kids Discovery Museum
KiDiMu crew to the rescue! Join Our Towns Fire Department to put out imaginary fires and get ready for real life emergencies. Get tips from the Bainbridge Island Fire Department team. Visit the Bainbridge Island Police Department and learn how the two crews often work together. From exploring stories, making emergency plans and first aid kits to training their bodies through obstacle courses and games, campers will get a taste of firefighters daily adventures. Focus: Health and Wellness, Social Sciences, Literacy, Arts, FUN! Ages: 3.5 - 6 Presented in partnership with BIFD and BIPD 206-855-4650

Adventure Rafting is designed for those wishing to experience the excitement of world-class whitewater. Rafters will take on Class II, III and IV rapids. Participants should be comfortable with getting wet with the potential of coming out of their boat. This is a one day trip to the U.S. Whitewater Center, Charlotte, NC. This class will consist of daily bike rides to different places to participate in a variety of sporting activities such as visiting local parks and playing soccer, frisbee golf, and organized games. Biking helps both aerobic conditioning and muscle strength. Students must bring a bike, helmet, water bottle, snack and sunscreen.
