Camps - Campapalooza I - Recreation Center at Michelle Obma School of Techn
Come learn and grow with us at Campapalooza I, where the participants will fill their days with team sports, art classes, swimming lessons, open swim, movie day, weekly field trips and much more! There will be plenty of fun had by all. Participants provide their own sack lunch, swimsuit, towel, and movie concession money. Snacks, swim instruction, open swim, all classes, movie admission and field trips are included. No camp on July 4th. A newly added benefit is all Campapalooza I campers will receive a complimentary 2016 Park Forest Aqua Center membership. Payment Plan Terms : A $100 deposit per camper and a $10 payment plan processing fee must be paid in full at registration. Remaining camp balance must be paid in full by Monday, June 6, 2016 to attend camp. Contact Recreation & Parks Department for more information.On-line registration for camps is not available. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Refund requests made prior to the start date of a program will be cheerfully given less a 5% refund fee. A great weekend for Teens age 13-18, filled with songs, fellowship, fun! Registration starts at 7pm on Friday night and the fun goes through Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Week 2 3 Full Days Westport Summer All Sports Camp - Greens Farms Elementary School
For Boys and Girls ages 4-12. We are very excited about our location for the Summer!! This camp offers a combination of traditional sports games like floor hockey, soccer, basketball, flag football, handball, wiffleball, physical education activities such as tag games, pinball, battleship, virtual space tag, north south, gold rush, capture the football, and various cooperative games. We ask that our full day campers bring a (peanut butter free) snack and lunch and water bottle, and our half day campers bring a peanut butter free snack and water bottle. Children are divided by age into small groups and will participate in developmentally appropriate activities for their groups. Generally the groups contain children of no more than a year apart and we do our best to maintain an 8:1 ratio of campers to coaches and sometimes even 6:1 for our youngest groups.
