Whether it's one day or a whole week, Camp Pump It Up is where it's at! Discover, explore, invent, and imagine! These themed camps are high-energy, fast-paced and just plain fun for kids. Kid's will spend part of the day playing on our gigantic inflatables and party of the day making new friends during interactive play, crafts, and hands-on activities. 4-H Teen Summit - Session 3 - Nancy, KY
Kentucky 4-H Teen Summit is held annually at the Kentucky 4-H Educational Center in Jabez, KY. The conference is for youth who are currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grades. This program is designed to develop leadership, citizenship and communication skills in youth. While at the conference, all participants get to learn in fun and educational workshops taught by members of the Kentucky 4-H State Teen Council. The conference also includes motivational speakers that get young people excited about leadership. The cost to attend is $115 which includes meals, lodging, and transportation. Come to the University of New Hampshire's annual Outdoor Jobs and Camp Fair Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Granite State Room of the Memorial Union Building at UNH. More than 40 employers representing non-profit outdoor and environmental agencies, commercial outfitters, summer camps and international travel companies will attend this year's fair to recruit summer and full-time employees. Some representatives conduct on-the-spot interviews. The fair, which is free for job seekers and open to the public, attracts more than 400 students and others from diverse academic fields, including outdoor education, nursing, natural resources, recreation management, theatre arts, business, and equine sciences. Attendees can win raffle prizes donated by local businesses. This is a great opportunity for networking and obtaining employment or employees early on in the hiring season. Two Week Fandom/Half-Blood - CAMP DEMIGOD INSTITUTE
Campers (ages 10-16) experience our unique program centered on innovation, mentorship, leadership and community-building. DIGIVATIONS Camp Demigods Demigod Institute and August Camp Half-Blood are a blend of world building through innovation, role playing and speculative fiction. These Camps are based on the principles that kids have an enormous reservoir of creativity and innovative ideas which they look forward to sharing with other like-minded individuals who hold common interests. Please register using a computer. Please do not use a tablet or smart phone when you register because the program will not work properly. The registration process takes about an hour and asks you to answer about 50 questions. The program does not allow you to save your work, so it is best to answer the questions in one sitting, electronically sign all the waivers and pay your deposit so you are fully registered. Many of the questions at the end of the application are best answered in consultation with your child: so that they express their interests, their first choices of cabin (demigod or fandom), etc. Tuition covers all meals, housing, instruction, guest lectures, ImagineSTEM blog, mentoring, supervision, materials, and recreation fees. Two - Windrush Farm
This summer, give your children four days at Windrush Farm. It is an outdoor experience your child will carry with them for the rest of their lives. Children will learn about ranch animals and how to take care of them. They will meet chickens, goats, sheep, cows, llamas, and our favorite dogs. They collect eggs from the chickens and work in the vegetable gardens, learning where their food comes from besides the grocery store. Exploring in the pond, crafting farm art, working with wool, and making barn shaking music are a few of the activities your children take part in. On Thursday we will celebrate the work we have done with a pizza party in the wood-burning outdoor oven. 707 364-9929
