This Camp Will Get Your Motor Revving
My son really enjoyed Camp Motorsport! He was able to drive a real race car and it was very similar to one that the real race car drivers use. It was sized just right for him. He was able to drive dirt karts, go carts and half scale race cars. The other activities he experienced were marine biology, which he absolutely loved, art, soccer, basketball and lot of swimming. Sign up by May 8th and hold your spot with a low low deposit of just $20. Open to all pre-teens 4th thru 6th grades (completed).
MCC Kid Camp - Alliance, OH
Kids ages 7 to 11 (by 9/1/15) are invited to participate in 1, 2, or 3 activities for 3 days in July. They can sign up for Basketball from 9:30-11:30, Soccer from 12:30-2:30, Art from 3:00-5:00, or a combination of 2 or 3 of these activities. Costs are as follows: $10 per kid for 1 activity, $20 per kid for 2 activities, or $25 for ALL 3, which will include lunch and a snack each day. In the event that your household has more than 2 kids participating, cost is a MAX of $25 per family for 1 Activity, $50 MAX for 2 activities, and $60 MAX for ALL 3 Activities. EVERY KID WHO PARTICIPATES, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY ACTIVITIES, WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT SHIRT TO BE WORN EACH DAY. Signups for this event begin May 3rd and run through June 14th. We're looking for teens entering 7-12th grades in the fall (12-18 years old) who are interested in volunteering, leadership, and having fun! Depending on grade/age teens can participate in a leaderhsip program that readies them to volunteer as camp counslors next summer. Older teens are eligible to be camp counselors this summer! The Summer Camp folks have asked us to return to defend our title at the On the Road Tour stop at High Noon Saloon in Madison! Counselor In Training (CIT) Camp - Camp Talahi
Being a counselor-in-training (CIT) is a leadership opportunity for high school students. CITs lead younger campers during their camp sessions, helping younger kids make friends, try new things, and have a great time. CIT camp is an opportunity learn all the skills it takes to be an amazing counselor, from leading songs and games to public speaking, time management and group leadership. Being a CIT is one of the best experiences at Camp Talahi! You must attend this training week to be a CIT for summer 2016. At camp, CITs will be assigned to 1-3 additional camp sessions to volunteer at! 810-844-1499

Still life, landscape, modern art & master inspired pieces on canvas, paper and wood. For the student artist who wants to learn more about different kinds of paints, techniques and styles. From farms to markets to greenhouses, gardening is essential to our daily healthy lives. Campers will participate in summer gardening: planting zone research, tilling soil, planting seeds, watering and pruning - a science come to life. And as mini chefs, the children will learn first-hand about the correlation between produce and nutrition. What will the Magical PLANTERS Box grow this session? 512-735-8100
Minecraft Modding - British International School of Charlotte
NOT for beginners, must be VERY experienced with Minecraft. For veteran gamers, this camp will explore the dynamic world of Minecraft modding and learn new strategies to assist your survival and creativity. Utilize Redstone to increase creativity, and learn file editing, cyber security, and safe internet browsing techniques. Campers will implement some of the most popular Minecraft mods including Biomes OPlenty, Decocraft, Twilight Forest, Optifine, Pixelmon, as well as mods of the campers choice! This camp will be enhanced with a special multi-player map that will pit teams against each other in a race to the end! All campers ARE REQUIRED to have a Minecraft™ account for this class. Purchase a standard account and desktop version of Minecraft™ ($26.95) at minecraft.net/store.
