2017 Teen Winter Retreat - Jackson, OH
Registration for the retreat will be held on Saturday, January 28, from 3– 4 p.m. and will dismiss at 10 a.m. on Sunday, January 29. The Teen Winter Retreat will feature many fun events, activities and programs. You will need to bring your completed health form and activity release form that is signed by your parent/guardian in order to participate. Please bring warm clothes and comfortable shoes as we will probably be taking part in some outdoor activities during the retreat. You will also need to bring your own, bedding, towels and bathroom supplies. Registrations should be submitted by Friday, January 20 to Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp. Registrations with payments should be mailed to Canter's Cave 4-H Camp at 1362 Caves Road, Jackson, Ohio 45640. Young artistes will learn how to paint ‘en plein air and travel to Georgia OKeeffe country for an overnight campout, using the light and landscape for inspiration. Ultimate Girls Basketball Camp (Grades 4 - 9) - WWP High School North
Ultimate Girls Basketball Camp (Grades 4 - 9) Special basketball camp focusing on individual and team skills. Hands-on training with collegiate and professional coaching staff. Advanced techniques we will focus on include: dribbling, post work, guard work, foot work, shooting, team play, rebounding, quickness, and teaching the game of basketball from a mental standpoint. Pre and post camp care is available at Millstone River school through WWP Community Education for an additional fee on their website.
