Our Camp program is extremely comprehensive covering: compulsory and optional skills, basics, dance, strength, and flexibility. Our camps are designed for all gymnasts, from beginner to elite. Our day camp can accommodate all gymnasts over the age of 6. Our student to coach ratio of 8 to 1, ensures that your child will have a great experience with some of the best club and collegiate coaches from around the country. Campers train in the renovated Ford Center Gym. We have added a 50ft Tumble Track, in ground tramp and a new loose foam bar pit. Casper Recreation Center was a life saver for my 10 year old daughter. Since my husband and I both have busy careers, we needed something fun for her to do during school breaks. Uniteds Satellite Camp programs provide participants aged 5 – 16 to experience an exciting soccer environment consisting of modern camp exercises, high-level skills demonstrations, and small-sided competitions. Campers will be exposed to a different set of technical and tactical focuses each day of camp. Coaches will work with players to develop their technical ability as well as discover a better understanding of the game in a fun and energetic environment. All participants will receive an official D.C. United camp ball, an official camp t-shirt, a ticket voucher to a D.C. This camp is an all-encompassing program specifically designed for the more serious soccer player. The focus here will be to challenge each individual to transfer what they have learned in the morning skill sessions and the afternoon small group tactics into the competitive full-field evening games. You will play on the same fields that the University of Maryland Mens Soccer Team utilizes.
