Tryon Creek is full of feathered friends. Some are bright, some eat insects, and some you can barely see! Campers will meet Audubon Society raptor, and discover what summer time birds live in the park. After an less than desirable experience with a camp who shall remain nameless, we were a bit leery about sending our boys off to a new summer camp. However, when we discovered that Cedarbrook was centered around our same values and those values informed all the activities we took the leap of faith and glad that we did. We realize this is a busy time of year. Let us take your kids for an afternoon so you can do your shopping, wrapping or anything that needs to get done without little eyes snooping or peeking in on you. This is what we have planned: ~ Kids Ecstatic Facilitated Dance Party ~ Yoga Pose Practice ~ Crafts ~ Yoga GAMES! :D Children must bring: ~ Sacked lunch ~ Empty, clear plastic bottle or mason jar (for the craft) - or send them a drink for lunch in a plastic bottle and we'll just use that. ;) Ages: 5-12 Cost: ~ $99 for the day ~ Additional siblings = $79 ~ We have an additional day camp scheduled for 12/29th. This program will prepare players for team play by introducing and enforcing the rules of the game. Triple threat position, using an aggressive first step, team defense, and conditioning will be the focus of instruction. Looking for a way to escape the heat? Hurry! Hurry! We have eggs to beat! The oven will be warm, and youll be glad. A lip smacking good time is sure to be had! Whip on in to our kitchen for Camp I-Can-Cook! We will make a full meal each day and master chefs will work on many other creative projects as well.
