Teen Power Camp Begins Tuesday, 1 December! :) - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? It's our 11th annual Fullerton Football Youth Camp. Please join us from Thurs. June 25-27 for three full days of football and fun. Fundamentals will be learned, lessons will be earned, and calories will be burned. We need all the support we can get. Well make super cool paint sets by measuring and mixing natural ingredients, create Lego chalk, learn about how the human eye perceives the visible light spectrum and more! Week #2: July 4-8: Solar Science: Fun in the Sun (4 Day Option Avail) Scientists in this spectacular solar science camp (say THAT three times fast..) learn all about what happens to electrons on the sun by working with electrifying plasma globes, harness the suns energy using solar panels and make 10 foot solar tubes fly through the air. Well study ultraviolet light, make amazing solar art, learn all about constellations and see how well sunscreen really works. Well make the most of our summer sun this year for sure! Summer sessions at the Tiny Scientist Day School are a time to let curiosity and a love of play guide our days. Children will explore water, make nutritious frozen summer treats, play with bubbles, plant seeds and watch them sprout and have plenty of outdoor play! Sessions are available on a weekly basis, with options for a 2, 3, 4 or 5 day sign up. Drop-off time is between 8 and 9 AM, and our pick-up time is between 3 and 4 PM. 7188328400.0

3 and 4-Day FLEX Advanced Camp Don Law Golf Academy also offers the option of a FLEX Advanced camp. This option is designed with the summer junior tournament golfer and works with your busy summer schedule. With the FLEX option, you may sign up for a specific week and choose to attend 4 or 3 days within that week, to best suit your schedule. Upon registration, simply choose your preferred 3 or 4-day option and approximately a week before the start of the camp week you will be emailed to determine the exact days your child will be attending camp during that week. The choice of days of the week are yours, making this our most flexible camp option. The Advanced Camp offers serious game improvement for the serious junior golfer. The all skills camp covers all aspects of the game of volleyball with an emphasis on fundamentals. The techniques and skills taught in this camp are designed to provide a strong foundation that allows players to develop into high level athletes as they continue to play. All skills will be covered including passing, setting, hitting, defense, blocking, serving as well as offensive and defensive systems. Every registration requires full payment. A $50 fee will be retained on all cancellations for any reason to cover credit card fees and administrative expenses. The remaining amount will be credited back to ones account if paid by credit card. If paid by check, the University will cut a check back to the original payee. For prompt processing, refund requests should be made prior to the start of camp. A pro-rated fee system will be in effect for those campers only attending partial days of camp.
