This process will include auditions, exercises in dramatic presentation, an extensive rehearsal schedule, associated historical and cultural learnings, costuming and more. Come join Camp Agape for our 3rd annual Memorial Run 5k and 1 Mile Kids Walk! The largest team created will win a Team Trophy! Medals will be handed out to our top 3 male runners, top 3 female runners, as well as the top 3 runners in our youth division (12 and under). Each pre-registered participant will receive a free t-shirt and goody bag upon check-in. Following our award ceremony, we will hold a special balloon release ceremony where we will remember our loved one's. Week #6: August 1-5: Crystals, Caves & Dino-Might! - Main Room
Week #6: August 1-5: Crystals, Caves & Dino-Might! In this week long camp, scientists will become geologists and paleontologists as we sift, sort and classify rocks, make rock models, compare the saturation rates and composition of different types of soil and make a yummy dirt dessert to take home. Well work with dirt-dwelling insects, learn about the rock cycle, make models of the earth and mix up a batch of quicksand. Scientists will work with geodes, discover how fossils were formed, take part in a mini excavation and more! Ages 5 - 10. 500$/week. Extended day is available until 6 pm for 10/hr. 7188328400.0

Its a week of water-filled fun! Plan to get wet (and muddy) as we explore our bit of the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Well compare fresh and saltwater habitats through hands-on experiences like sampling for water-dwelling animals and performing simple water tests. Field trips will take us to see where our water comes from, how water is treated after we use it, and on a visit to the Chesapeake Bay. Well also spend time boating and fishing as we learn all about water, the plants and animals that live there, and how to better care for our watershed. Campers will participate in summer gardening: planting zone research, tilling soil, planting seeds, watering and pruning - a science come to life. Campers participate in a wide variety of activities including earning badges, hiking, outdoor cooking, learning outdoor skills, crafts, games, singing and more. Girls entering grade 5 in Fall 2016 will spend the night at camp with their unit on Wednesday, July 27., and will participate in Archery (additional waiver form required).
