Learn the Royal Game the fun way! At Chess Camp, every hour is informative, and yet avoids the dryness of rote instruction. We provide boys with interactive lessons, individual matches, helpful principles, and much more than simply playing games for hours on end. My teenage daughter has a lot of fun at this camp. She enjoys spending time talking to the camp counselors, canoeing, hiking, swimming, archery and climbing the rock wall. Ages: 5 - 14 UK Elite Soccer Camps use a Global Soccer Curriculum designed to improve each individual player. Players will be instructed by the UK Elite professional coaching staff and develop technical and tactical elements of play in a fun and challenging environment. Players will receive a UK Elite t-shirt and Individual Player Evaluation. Ages: 3 - 5 The UK Petite Soccer Camp is a week-long soccer camp for 3-5 year olds. Our unique "games based" approach to teaching soccer provides every child the opportunity to develop motor sills, social skills, coordination and general athletic ability. CAMP THEME: CARNIVAL COOKING & GAMES Playing with your food is the theme of this camp! Kids will take a hands-on approach to cooking. A different dish will be prepared each day. The camp involves food inspired art, cooking games, cupcake decorating, movies, table manners and more! All campers will receive their own chefs hat and recipe cards. Get ready for some cooking fun! Please be sure to indicate on your registration form if your child has any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Supplies: Campers should bring a beverage and snack and plenty of water each day. Lunch will be provided daily in camp. All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen, as needed. We recommend a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30. Activities include: badminton, basketball, baseball/softball, football, golf, hockey, tennis, soccer, and volleyball. Also included are a variety of games that enhance speed, agility, and hand/eye coordination. Learn to Ride a Bike - Bear Creek Park
This is one of the most exciting camps because kids experience the joy of pedaling independently for the first time! This half day camp is perfect for the younger child who is still on training wheels or going from push bike to pedal bike. Our goal is to get them riding their own bike on two wheels by the end of the week using specific techniques, patience, and fun. You can come with training wheels on their bike if that is what they are used to riding. Or, if they are going from a push bike to a pedal bike, just make sure they have a bike that fits - no training wheels need to be added. We will work toward removing all training wheels as the week progresses. Please bring a helmet, 2 snacks, a water bottle, rain gear and closed toe shoes. You are welcome to bring a sack or picnic lunch and stay at the park after camp has ended. Parents need not be present during camp (and sometimes it is better if you are not there!) 7193553573.0

Campers will develop their hitting, bunting, throwing, catching, and base-running skills. Camp will also incorporate activities and game situations to emphasize technical/mental aspects. Prizes and awards will be presented daily. Staff: Millstone River teachers Michael Jones, Evan Malakates as well as WW-P HS North Alumni baseball players Pre and post camp care is available at Millstone River school through WWP Community Education for an additional fee on their website.
