After your childs afternoon camp they will be escorted to aftercare by Villa Ventures Staff. Here the staff will provide safe, stimulating, and enjoyable experiences. All activities support Villa Academys mission of fostering self-esteem, an inquiring mind, a joy for learning, and a compassionate and ethical spirit. There will be a balance between individual and group activities, quiet time, and recreational time. If you are running late please call 206-234-8885 so we can let your child know. You will be charged a $3/minute late fee after 5:05pm. These late fees will NEED to be paid upon pickup of your child by check or credit card on the day you are late or your child will NOT be able to attend aftercare until this balance is paid. 206-524-7009

Young campers will be exposed to wonderful childrens literature selections, explore a variety of art materials, create crafts, enjoy sand and water play, sing songs, play games and participate in a balance of indoor and outdoor activities. Campers must be able to manage toileting & dressing needs independently; and have not yet attended kindergarten. Daily nutritious snacks are provided. All campers should wear their swimsuit under their shorts for times of water play and bring a towel for drying off after fun in the sprinkler. Wildheart Juniper Jedis know how to tap into the invisible web of interconnectedness and travel through the woods without being noticed. Students will learn the art of silently stalking animals and people. In addition, they will practice listening closely to the Earth Force. Camouflage is essential for all Juniper Jedis and we will spend a good deal of our time practicing this skill of becoming invisible. Each participant will leave the camp with a complete camouflage kit, which will enable them to quickly blend in to their surroundings, no matter what the situation. Additionally, students will develop their ability to understand the language of the birds, giving them a birds-eye-view of their surroundings and informing them what their prey is up to, as well as any nearby predators. All of this and well still have time to play and enjoy ourselves as every Juniper Jedi knows how to have a good time!
