LBBC Youth Rally - Christianity In Song - Independence, MO
This is our 3rd ANNUAL YOUTH RALLY HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED. The Youth Rally is open to all ages. It is once again an overnight event. We need adult volunteers to cook and supervise the cabins. Campers 8 and under are welcome with a parent on site. Lessons begin at 7 pm Friday night. We will be looking at Christianity through the lenses of our favorite campfire songs. Come prepared to do some serious singing. Dinner WILL NOT be served. EAT BEFORE YOU COME ON FRIDAY NIGHT. Snacks will be provided after campfire. Breakfast will be at 8 AM with the first lesson beginning at 9 AM. Lunch will be served at noon. The last activity will be done at 2 PM. Everyone needs to leave by 3 PM.

Shakespeare Summer Camp - Pensacola, FL
It's a mystery of Shakespearean proportions as this year’s campers create a whodunit from the ground up using Shakespearean characters, plots, intrigue, dialogue, and combat. Each camper will get to choose a Shakespearean character to play, agree on a Shakespearean murder victim, and help write and perform an original play using Shakespearean themes. Campers will learn about the plays, acting, and stage combat in this week-long experience that culminates in a live performance! SETSCO will provide everything except underwear, shoes, and lunch. A variety of sports will be introduced including floor hockey, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and more! We will also play smaller, team-style sports such as dodgeball, kickball, capture the flag, and other schoolyard style sports. Campers will go on several sports related field trips throughout the summer. All campers will receive a camp shirt and must bring a sack lunch and water bottle to camp each day. This camp is for registered incoming Mater Dei freshman. The purpose of this camp is to prepare the freshman team both physically and mentally for rigors of Monarch Football. Both Players AND parents are expected to attend freshman orientation on Monday, June 13 from 6pm-8pm. SAT 1/2 DAY ZOO CAMP - SPIDER MONKEYS 9-12 YRS - CHARLES PADDOCK ZOO
Come connect with the animals and learn what they like to do for fun! This exciting camp teaches the importance of enrichment. Enrichment is anything that encourages the animals to make choices, exhibit natural or species-appropriate behaviors. It also presents mental challenges for the animal, encourages physical activity/exercise and enhances their overall health and well-being. Our campers will discover what type of enrichment is best for each animal, create it and then watch the animal ambassador enjoy it! (if time allows, you can make your own take-home enrichment for the animals in your own backyard). Please bring a refillable drink container and a sack lunch. Snacks will be provided.
