After our regular bootcamp, Jack will be hosting a workout for kids 8-12 years old. The workout will be bodyweight strength & cardio exercise, done in the group fitness room. Parents will need to stay on-site, but are encouraged to workout while the kids are in class. Cost is $5/ child.

Cardinal Mens Basketball Day Camp Week 2 2015 - UIW Richard and Janet Cervera Wellness Center
The Cardinals Camp works to improve skills through individual instruction, drills, lectures and games. We feel the staff-camper ratio is very important and maintain a ratio of one coach for each 10 campers. Pre-register for a 3:00pm audition time for Peninsula Youth Theatres CENTERSTAGE production of "SEUSSICAL." Registration guarantees you a spot in the 3:00pm audition group. You must be age 8-18 or have prior executive director approval. Children must be 8 by 3/17/16 to participate. Discover Scuba - CV High School Pool
Supervisor: West Shore Scuba. Students will learn how to correctly put on and adjust their equipment, control their breathing and get accustomed to being underwater and using scuba equipment. They will put their new found skills to use while performing Aqua Missions underwater. In addition to their water time, the students will continue their learning out of the pool and discuss marine biology. The only items that you will need to bring with you are a bathing suit, a towel and a release form. This camp is conducted by West Shore Scuba, a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) dive center.
