Learn techniques to create a truthful and dynamic monologue performance. Campers will discover their acting niche and prepare a monologue that will let a director envision them in the role they seek. They will add to their bag of acting tools as they learn different methods of acting and which one works for them. This camp will incorporate drama games and improv. The Camelback Village Summer Fitness Camps left my children with wonderful memories. They have creative activities for children ages 2 through 12. My 5 year old twin daughters had great stories to share with us after spending time at this camp. Not only did they have fun, but they also learned to cook healthy food! There is no better place to start learning the basics of sailing. Come have fun on the water while learning the language of sailing, rigging, sail handling and steering in a stable boat designed for kids. This three day camp is designed for boys and girls ages 5‐8. Children will explore ballet, jazz, hip‐hop, tap, and contemporary dance. Students will also have the opportunity to view musicals and ballets to stimulate creativity and exploration as they, together with the instructor, create their own dance routines and imagination!! This camp is the perfect introduction to a variety of dance styles and can help your young dancer decide which dance form they would like to learn more about in our fall program. Camp begins each morning at 9:00am, pick up time is 12:00.
