Evenings will be filled with classic activities we all know and love--swimming, sports, challenge courses, campfires, Spirit-filled worship, along with some new extreme activities--while each day will be spent in service to the communities that surround us. Weve teamed up with local programs in and around our city of Lexington to embrace the young, love the marginalized, and serve the disadvantaged. Each day is filled with opportunities to be the hands and feet of Christ (and weve also thrown in a few suprises!). Week 2 3 Full Days Westport Summer All Sports Camp - Greens Farms Elementary School
For Boys and Girls ages 4-12. We are very excited about our location for the Summer!! This camp offers a combination of traditional sports games like floor hockey, soccer, basketball, flag football, handball, wiffleball, physical education activities such as tag games, pinball, battleship, virtual space tag, north south, gold rush, capture the football, and various cooperative games. We ask that our full day campers bring a (peanut butter free) snack and lunch and water bottle, and our half day campers bring a peanut butter free snack and water bottle. Children are divided by age into small groups and will participate in developmentally appropriate activities for their groups. Generally the groups contain children of no more than a year apart and we do our best to maintain an 8:1 ratio of campers to coaches and sometimes even 6:1 for our youngest groups. Campers will be divided based on age and experience level to ensure each individual is able to train and compete against the appropriate level of competition.
