LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Two Week Half-Blood - CAMP DEMIGOD INSTITUTE
Campers (ages 10-16) experience our unique program centered on innovation, mentorship, leadership and community-building. DIGIVATIONS Camp Demigods Camp Half-Blood I & II are a blend of world building through innovation, role playing and speculative fiction. These Camps are based on the principles that kids have an enormous reservoir of creativity and innovative ideas which they look forward to sharing with other like-minded individuals who hold common interests. Please register using a computer. Please do not use a tablet or smart phone when you register because the program will not work properly. The registration process takes about an hour and asks you to answer about 50 questions. The program does not allow you to save your work, so it is best to answer the questions in one sitting, electronically sign all the waivers and pay your deposit so you are fully registered. Many of the questions at the end of the application are best answered in consultation with your child: so that they express their interests, their first choices of cabin (demigod or fandom), etc. Tuition covers all meals, housing, instruction, guest lectures, ImagineSTEM blog, mentoring, supervision, materials, and recreation fees. Camp CSI - San Juan Del Rio Catholic School
Calling all future Crime Scene Investigators! Campers will learn how law enforcement professional solve crimes and analyze evidence. Well use the tools used in the field to collect evidence from our mock crime scenes. Campers will learn how a crime is actually solved and learn how Biology, Chemistry and Physics plays a major role in the investigation! Campers use microscopes to analyze fibers, use facial composite software, and more! Sample Projects: Blood Analysis; Fiber, Handwriting, Fingerprinting, and DNA Analysis! Our camps are 9am-4pm with pre and post camp options available as well! Please pack a peanut-free snack, bag lunch and refreshment for your child. We will also work on team skills such as passing, team defense, corners and much more. Players will have a chance to develop and improve their field hockey ability through drills and games.
