PLEASE NOTE: Monday classes are held at TAC (Temescal Arts Center) This class continues to build alignment through stretching, intermediate Hip Hop vocabulary, musicality, and isolations of the body. Level I students begin to step in front of the class as leaders, sharing their creativity, voices, and choreography. From warm ups to across the floor to developing choreography on other dancers; this class is both challenging yet in the context of a safe and supportive environment. Requires at least 2 semesters in Beginning Hip Hop and a recommendation from the teacher. ADDITIONAL ENROLLMENT NOTES FOR UPPER LEVEL & TEEN STUDENTS. Students & parents please read, share, discuss. 22nd Annual Teen World Bible Camp - Clinton, PA
Teen World Ministries will be holding its 22nd Annual Bible Camp the week of June 7-13, 2015 at Promise Camp & Retreat Center in Clinton, PA. We are excited that the long awaited new dining hall at Promise Camp has completed construction and will be ready for our use. Our camp theme for the week is "The Whole Armor of God" with Ephesians 6:11 & 6:13 being our theme verses. Camp Speaker for the week will be Toby Mattern, 2015 Graduate of Malone University in Youth Ministry. We will be memorizing and studying the Book of Ephesians (ESV 2011 Text) chapters 5 & 6 during the week. Teen World Bible Camp is open to all youth entering grades 5-12 in the 2015-2016 school year and 2015 high school graduates. Registration Fee for camp is $155 .There is a $10 per camper Family Discount for siblings attending camp as campers. Life Teen Fall Retreat
Fall retreat is on the way, print out the form, please don't delay! The form and check is all you need, to guarantee your spot - indeed! We'll talk and have fun, it'll be cool, it's for anyone and everyone in high school! Here are more details, but they don't rhyme. This whole Seussing thing takes too much time! Our retreats begin Friday night and end Sunday early afternoon. At a retreat you can expect a weekend away full of building community, growing in our faith together. There are great talks, fun sessions, and time to pray, play, and relax! If you have any questions, let Betsy know! Youth Colorguard Camp - Salem, MO
Come join us for Youth Color Guard Camp in February! Grades 3-5. Register by January 15th to make sure you can recieve a t-shirt. We will practice Monday, February 8th and Tuesday, February 9th from 6pm until 7pm in the High School Band Room. Trekking for the Health of it - Old Trail School
Join Mrs. Wilson for a 3-5 mile intense hike in the beautiful CVNP. Be ready for strenuous trails by wearing sturdy hiking shoes or boots and carrying a water bottle. Eat a good breakfast for energy and stamina. We will be on the bus promptly at 9am to be able to get back to school in time for lunch. Bring rain gear and be ready for some serious hiking fun. Ages 9 and above unless Mrs. Wilson gives written permission to a younger child who is capable of these hikes. Students can meet at Brandywine Falls Friday at 5pm and hike 4 miles to Stanford Youth Hostel for an overnight campout. Pick up at Stanford Youth Hostel at 10:00 am on Saturday morning.
