Learn how to speak the language of computers! Campers will dive into the exciting world of computer coding through Scratch, developed by MIT. Scratch is a block-based application designed to make it simple for anyone to learn programming. Throughout the camp, coders create projects like an epic space battle game or a "choose your own adventure" story! The possibilities to create are endless! Basketball Kid Camp - Summerville, GA
The Chattooga High School Boys’ Basketball Team is hosting our annual basketball camp for boys and girls in Kindergarten – 8th grade in the beatiful new gym! Camp Dates: Monday, July 18th – Thursday, July 21st Time: The camp will begin each morning at 9:00 a.m. and will run through 12:00 p.m. each day. Cost: $30 per camper. Each camper will receive a t-shirt. Campers will also receive lunch each day. Kids can be signed up the morning of the first day of camp (next Monday, the 18th) beginning at 8:30 a.m. Registration forms/payments may also be dropped off with Amanda Larkins at CHS Tuesday-Friday this week between 9:00 and 3:00. We will post the registration form on the page in case anyone wants to print and complete it in advance. We will accept cash and/or checks made payable to CHS Boys' Basketball.

Kidz Love Soccer - All Day Camp - Sport Complex - Cubberley (SCC)
Kidz Love Soccer All Day Camp Spend a week enjoying the worlds most popular sport in a fun, recreational environment. Learn and practice soccer skills including: dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting and defense. Everyone is a winner as the weeks fun culminates in an age-appropriate World Cup tournament. All-day campers will stay for lunch and more fun in the afternoon. After lunch they will enjoy more soccer, soccer movies, and tabletop soccer games. Each day will reinforce the skills we learned by ending the day with a full soccer match. All campers will receive a soccer ball and jersey. Sea Perch Robotics - Middle School
This exciting new offering will coordinate with the Webb Institute. Located in Glen Cove, the Webb Institute is a private engineering college, offering a dual major in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. Participants in the Sea Perch Program will build an underwater robot. The completed the robots will then be brought to Webb Institute for a day of in-water testing and head-to-head competitions that determine how well the robots were constructed and how well the human operators can control their custom-built submersible seacraft.
