Campers will create their own non-diary full of thoughts and cartoons, participate in themed games and crafts, and find out just what life is like for Greg Heffley. Have you ever wondered what you would look like as a cartoon? During this week of learning and fun, we will be creating our very own cartoon versions of ourselves! My son started as a 6 year old and now he's going to be a 15 year old Leader in Training. For him, the freedom to be active in a beautiful country environment, play games, and swim was important (and he learned a lot about nature along the way). This is our 3rd annual event. It is an all day music festival held on the grounds of Rock Lake Christian Assembly in Vestaburg, Mi. The day begins with a 5K run in the morning with the music starting at noon and continuing through the day and into the night.

7 Week Session Option GROVELAND RESIDENTS ONLY - Bagnall Elementary School
2016 CIT rate is for all seven weeks of the program. The rate includes all program activities and field trips (except for Week 6). A CIT may attend up to seven weeks at this rate, but may attend fewer weeks due to family vacations, etc. However, there is no discount or refunds for missed weeks or attendance of less than seven weeks. CITs will be asked to provide their weeks of attendance on the first day of the program. 978-518-7421
Horses and Horsemanship - Advantage Ranch and Retreat Center
What Are Horses Thinking? How do they understand us? How do we communicate with them? Learn to groom, lead, and ride a horse. Riding instruction tailored to rider experience through small group lessons. Connection and confidence come through practicing a powerful voice and learning to direct a 1,000 pound animal. Courage develops through Equestrian Vaulting (stand up on the back of a moving horse!). Explore life skills in team building, games, and stillness & gratitude exercises. 540-230-5698
Wet Felting Basics with Linda Larsen - The Northville Art House
Explore the art of wet felting by making a warm and stylish neck warmer from wool roving. Each student will make design and embellishment decisions enabling them to make their own unique piece of wearable art. Wet felting requires some physical exertion, but the effort is worth it. Children will use natural and magical materials to create their own miniature home for indoor fairies. They will stretch their imaginations when they use an amazing variety of materials to make fairy furniture, gardens or other comforts and accessories. This course will focus on learning the basics of the woodwind, brass or percussion instrument of each students choice. Learning activities will center around small group instruction with like instruments, music theory and games, and a group rehearsal with all instruments combined. The week will conclude with a short informance by all band members. Open to students entering 5th grade who have no previous experience on a band instrument.
