Grand Camp for Kids
My kids enjoyed this camp so much! It was fabulous and the staff was amazing. They were able to do the normal camp activities, but they were also able to do archery, paintball, mountaineering, hiking, campfire programs and they even took a 4 day trek into the Grand Canyon. Youth Summer Camp - Hampden Sydney, VA
The HST Summer Youth Camp will run for 4 days from 9 AM – 12 PM. The camp focus is on baseball instruction and drills to improve the skill. The camp will begin with an introduction of the fundamentals of baseball. Each day will begin with throwing and catching drills. The session will be followed by position training. Each player will learn about each position on the field. Each day there will also be a specialty skill learned. These skills will be base running, sliding, and bunting. Each day ends with games. Join us as our Wildcat Soccer is changing to YDL versus CASA this year! Open to all 5th and 6th grade boys and girls. Practices will be held on the Japonica athletic field beginning Feb 1st. Games will be played on Saturdays. This will be a 6 week session: Game dates are set for: 2/20, 2/27, 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, Mon 3/21 OR Tues 3/22. Player registration includes officials costs, new jersey, and a Page Mate photo. Player is responsible for black soccer shorts (per coach discretion), socks/shin guards, and soccer cleats. We are going to offer a limited aftercare program from 3 until 5:30. This will largely not be computer related, but more about enjoying some of the University of Utah campus - doing activities like bowling or games on the open spaces. I know this does not solve the problem for those enrolled in the Beginning Scratch camp ending at 11:45AM. Sorry. We will distribute a daily schedule so that you can pickup early if needed. Matt Bonner Basketball Camp helps teach campers the fundamentals of basketball. This camp allows your child the opportunity to spend a week learning from New Hampshires only NBA player, Matt Bonner. This camps highly skilled staff is comprised of the best local professional players, collegiate players, and high school coaches. Come spend a week enjoying the game of basketball in a constructive environment with us! Camp Info: -Each camper is responsible for bringing his/her OWN basketball every day to camp -Please write your name clearly on your basketball -Camp Time: Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-3:00PM, Friday 9:00AM-12:00PM - Friday will be held at Rundlett Middle School -Pizza, water, and Gatorade will be on sale during lunch -Friday, July 1 will be known as "SWAGGY FRIDAY." -On SWAGGY FRIDAY, campers will receive t-shirts, basketballs, autographs, photos, etc. and there will be a special awards ceremony. Parents are encouraged to join us on Friday.
