Each cam4 is designed to support our mission of growing junior golf within the Middle Atlantic Section of the PGA by incorporating the concepts of the PGA Sports Academy. Through a variety of stations, drills, and activities, junior golfers will experience and learn the proper ideas and techniques of golf. Kid's Summer Art Camp at SCGA: July 11 - July 15 - Sumter, SC
Mon, July 11, 2016 - Fri, July 15, 2016 Summer Art Camp at the SCGA Morning Classes: 9:00am - 12:00pm: Fun in the Mud (Ages 4-7) In this beginner’s pottery class students will be introduced to different kinds of clay, the pottery wheel, a variety of hand-building skills and colorful glazes. We will draw inspiration for our creations from children’s stories as we combine art, storytelling and play in this unique class offering. Space is the Place (Ages 4-7) “Houston, we have lift off!” Join us for a week of activities designed to engage our youngest students through both visual art and science. We will learn about rockets, the Milky Way, black holes, the solar system, our unique moon and more through painting, sculpture, and mixed media art projects. Modern Masters (Ages 8-12) introduces children to the wonderful world of Van Gogh, Cézanne, Dali, Chagall and Matisse. Using famous works of art to understand the artist’s styles, children reproduce their own artwork. These lessons are classic examples of how mixing art history with simple, foundational techniques can create the most beautiful works of art. Teen Boys Adventure Camp - Wyalusing, PA
The Cost is $150.00 for a week long over night camping experience. It is for teen boys ages 13 - 17. TBAC is designed for teen boys who want to spend a week in the great outdoors. The camp is designed to introduce new skills, experiences, and friendships to each camper. Each camper will enjoy activities like compass orienteering, kayaking down the Susquehanna River, and primitive camping. Between getting dirty and getting wet, campers will be learning new things about God’s creation, and that God has created each one of them for something great! TBAC is an overnight camp tailored specifically for teen boys. Just the right balance of responsibility and amusement are part of the curriculum.

9th - 12th grades: SAT Prep - Critical Reading and Writing - Saint Marys School
Prepare for SAT success! In this rigorous, half-day camp, youll learn the form and style of the test--which was completely redesigned as of March 2016--as well as the essential content and strategies for approaching each question on the critical reading and writing portions of the SAT. You will learn how to recognize the types of questions asked on the reading passages, become a more critical reader, and identify the evidence on which your answers are based. For the writing section, we will review the most commonly tested grammar rules and skills as well as learn and practice what it takes to write an outstanding essay, which is now optional and follows a completely different format from the previous version of the SAT. Youll leave this camp with the confidence and skills to make your best score yet on critical reading and writing! (An SAT book will be provided.)
